Neal J. Bach, CPA, is the President of Bach, James, Mansour & Company. Neal's work experience includes more than 15 years providing accounting, auditing, and tax preparation support to HOAs and community associations. He currently serves on the Community Associations Institute Georgia Chapter's Budget and Golf Tournament committees. In addition to conducting seminars on HOA financial management, Neal publishes a blog and monthly newsletter on community association finance and management topics. He has also written many articles for state and national trade publications. Neal was the president and treasurer of his neighborhood association for eight years. Neal previously served on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was also the Chairman of the Georgia Society of CPAs Professional Ethics Committee.

Class Description:
Please join us for our can’t miss class on the three pillars of sound community association financial management—budgeting, accounting, and contracting.   This class will review the technical requirements and practical considerations of the budgeting process, provide a professional accountant’s perspective for keeping your financial house in order, and exam the “must have” terms in a contract to protect your association from liability.
