Daniel Moore, Of Counsel with the Firm, represents homeowner and condominium associations throughout Georgia in all aspects of civil litigation. Dan’s practice is built on over nine years of civil litigation experience, with an emphasis in residential real estate. Prior to working with community associations, Dan’s practice centred on real estate and mortgage lending, servicing clients in trial and appellate cases in state and federal courts across Georgia.

Dan’s extensive civil litigation experience benefits his community association clients as he recognizes the need to take a cost-efficient and practical approach to litigation. Dan also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Dan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before the Superior Courts of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Dan is also a member of the Community Associations Institute of Georgia.
