Megan Elaine Harsh

Megan Harsh is an associate with the firm handling general counsel, litigation and collections for homeowner and condominium associations throughout Georgia. Megan began her legal career representing clients in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy. Before joining NowackHoward, Megan’s practice was devoted to counselling clients on tax enforcement and collection matters with the IRS and Georgia Departments of Revenue and Labor. Megan’s litigation and bankruptcy experience enables her to practically and effectively advise community association boards of directors in every day corporate and litigation issues.
Megan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She is also an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Community Associations Institute of Georgia. While in law school, Megan clerked for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida and volunteered with Three Rivers Legal Services, which provides legal assistance to the poor, abused, disabled and elderly. In her spare time, Megan enjoys volunteering in her community and is an active member of the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta.
