Penelope is a licensed Community Association Manager and a member of the Community Associations Institute of Georgia (“CAI”). Prior to joining the firm, Penelope worked as a Community Association Manager for 11 years, serving both portfolio and on-site properties.
With the benefit of both a technical and practical understanding of community association operations that she acquired while managing properties, Penelope reviews, develops and implements services that better serve our community association clients. She helps integrate our operations and systems with those of management companies for the benefit of our mutual clients. Penelope is also responsible for coordinating and implementing programs for our director training and manager classes. As the director of the NowackHoward Academy Penelope is tasked with assisting in the development of programs and working with the Georgia Real Estate Commission for accreditation for continuing education credits.
From our annual law seminar to our lunch and learn programs, Penelope makes sure board members and managers learn and enjoy the experience. Her duties also include project manager for all of NowackHoward’s newsletters, e-blasts, and other communications.
Penelope joined NowackHoward after serving as the Client Development Manager at Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco.
Penelope currently serves as Chair of the Fundraising Committee for the Georgia Chapter of CAI.
