Victoria Baggett works with community associations advising clients on ways to maximize legal recovery and/or avoid liability exposure. With specialized experience in creditors’ rights and recoveries, Victoria brings a unique perspective to recovering delinquent assessments for community associations. Before joining NowackHoward, Victoria was an associate attorney in the Bankruptcy Department of Rubin Lublin, LLC. She focused on creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, including Chapters 7, 11 and 13.
Victoria is a member of the Georgia Bar. She is also a member of the Community Associations Institute of Georgia. Victoria is admitted to practice before the Superior Courts of Georgia, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
