Danielle Vega is an experienced corporate attorney with vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and general corporate matters. Over the course of her career, she has represented private equity firms, startups, and multinational companies across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, engineering, food and beverage, transportation, and real estate.
Before joining NowackHoward, Danielle served as Assistant Counsel for a pharmacy services provider, where she drafted and negotiated complex customer and vendor contracts, and assisted in the development of company policies for compliance purposes. She previously practiced in the corporate departments of leading international firms, where she advised clients on multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and cross-border corporate transactions.
