Vicky specializes in collection of delinquent assessments, advising clients on ways to maximize recovery. Vicky has collected hundreds of thousands of dollars for her community association clients. Prior to working with community associations, Vicky worked in foreclosure litigation with experience in foreclosures, evictions, and creditors’ rights and recoveries. Drawing on that specialized experience in creditors’ rights and recoveries, Vicky brings a unique perspective to maximizing the recovery of collection debts for community associations. Before joining NowackHoward, Vicky was a community association attorney at Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco.
In addition to working closely with clients to manage the financial side of an Association, Vicky also serves as a member of the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. Vicky is an active committee member for the CAI Cares Committee, which works with organizations such as Toys for Tots, Soles 4 Souls, HomeAid, Habitat for Humanity, and other organizations to provide housing and other resources to underserved communities. She is honoured to serve as Secretary for the CAI Cares Committee Secretary for 2019.
Vicky is admitted to practice before the Superior Courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Untied States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
