Jason defends community associations and managers throughout Georgia as panel counsel for several major director and officer and general liability insurance companies.

Prior to NowackHoward, Jason was a partner in both the community association and litigation departments at Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco. While practicing in New York he litigated civil actions and eviction proceedings on behalf of condominiums, cooperatives and residential and commercial landlords. Jason’s expertise in community association litigation has resulted in 10 published opinions from the Georgia Court of Appeals favourable to the industry.

Jason has written several articles for Georgia Commons, published by the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and Community Advisor, a WNCW/NH publication for community association clients. Jason has also written articles and lectured for the New York Association of Realty Managers. A frequent speaker, Jason presented at WNCW/NH’s annual Community Association Law Seminar, Board of Director and Community Manager classes hosted by WNCW/NH and the Annual CAI Law Seminar. Jason also regularly lectures on community association issues to community managers, realtors and insurance professionals.
