March 30, 2021, Atlanta, Ga. – Julie McGhee Howard – attorney, Co-Founder, and Managing Partner of NowackHoward, LLC – has been included in the Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine’s 2021 Top 50 Women. Julie is the only lawyer recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers as both a member of the Top 50 Women and a Georgia Super Lawyer in the Real Estate practice area.

With the dramatic events of 2020 presenting unprecedented challenges to the practice of real estate law, Howard and her partner and firm co-founder, George E. Nowack, Jr., offered consistent, steady, and reliable counsel to the entire Georgia HOA community, further cementing the firm’s reputation as the most knowledgeable and effective homeowner and condominium association law firm in Georgia.

In addition to guiding boards and community managers through a tumultuous year, the HOA attorneys at NowackHoward also lead real-time analysis of new legislation both specific to the pandemic response, as well as general to the practice area. Howard’s leadership, guidance and encouragement during the crisis further established her as a leader in the Georgia real estate law community.

“We were amazed at the volunteer efforts of our clients and their community managers throughout this unique year,” says Julie McGhee Howard, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of NowackHoward.  “They had to log more hours than ever before leading their associations through the unprecedented changes forced on them by the pandemic. Along the way, we all adjusted and found solutions that might have been prohibitive before.”

Being recognized as one of the Top 50 Women lawyers brings another level of visibility to the practice of real estate law and offers additional career opportunity and inspiration to other female lawyers as they enter the legal practice.
