This year, faced with the challenges of Covid-19, Howard’s leadership and purpose of prevention and de-escalation has proved invaluable to both homeowners and associations as pressures have risen amongst worry and uncertainty.
It has been her strong belief that prevention is the key to keeping communities healthy and whole that has helped her firm not just weather but prosper during this year of unprecedented uncertainty. Under her leadership, her firm is leading the industry, by example, by adjusting to current conditions and creating strong protections for both associations and homeowners that encourage neighborhoods to coexist in positive ways as all communities navigate through 2020.
